The MultiCrop 4000 is a dual purpose ultra fine particle sprayer and nurse wagon for the cropping industry. It applies fertiliser, biologicals, ultra-fine particles, through nozzles designed to stay clear on mixes that block conventional sprayers.

Description
The Tow and Fert MultiCrop 4000 dissolves solid fertilisers for foliar application and holds ultra-fine particles in suspension, so they go out evenly across the full 22-24 metre width.
It also works as a nurse wagon, supplying conventional, biological or organic fertilisers along with ultra-fine particles to air seeders, rippers and seed drills.
Our boom circulation design keeps the purpose built stainless steel nozzles clear on the mixes that block conventional sprayers. Agitation runs off a 55 litre per minute hydraulic motor, and the Metalform 3 inch stainless trash pump moves 1200 litres per minute.
The 4000 litre tank covers up to 40 hectares a load at 50 to 500 litres per hectare, behind a tractor of 160hp or greater.
A 500 litre flush tank lets you flush the system straight after use, which cuts build up and extends the life of the machine.
